Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Custom Commands Bot service (“Bot”) made available by the streamer or administrator who installs it on a Joystick channel.

1. Use of the Bot
The Bot is provided to help manage chat commands, automation, and community interaction on a Joystick channel. You may use it only if you are authorized to configure and operate the target channel.

2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Bot to harass, spam, impersonate, threaten, or otherwise interfere with channel moderation or the platform’s rules. The Bot must not be used for unlawful activity, abusive behavior, or attempts to bypass platform protections.

3. Channel Responsibility
The streamer or channel owner is responsible for the commands enabled, the content sent, and the final configuration of the Bot on that channel. The Bot may send messages or whispers automatically according to the settings chosen by the channel owner.

4. Availability
The Bot is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero errors, or continuous availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

5. User Content
The Bot may process chat messages to detect commands, trigger responses, and apply cooldown or one-time restrictions. We do not claim ownership of user-generated chat content, but it may be processed temporarily in order to provide the configured functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Bot, including loss of access, information, revenue, or reputation.

7. Changes
These Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the Bot after a revision means that you accept the updated Terms.
